Employee burnout, disengagement, and high turnover are more than just HR headaches—they’re business problems. When top talent is mentally checked out, performance suffers. When leaders are overwhelmed, decision-making slows. And when workplace culture isn’t working, innovation and retention take a hit.

It’s costing your organization more than you realize.

And bringing in another resilience training won’t fix this.

I don’t teach stress management.

I teach leaders and teams how to build workplaces that don’t fuel burnout in the first place—so they can sustain high performance without driving their people (or themselves) into the ground.

Why I Do This Work

I’ve spent my career in high-pressure, high-stakes environments. I started in ICU nursing here in Calgary, where every second mattered and systems dictated whether people lived or died. I learned quickly that individual effort only gets you so far—if the system is broken, even the best people will struggle.

Later, I worked in leadership and training roles, watching corporate teams struggle under pressure, not because they lacked skill, but because their workplaces weren’t built for sustainable success. I saw talented people burn out, not because they weren’t capable, but because their organizations expected them to function in ways that went against human physiology.

That’s where I come in. I help leaders and teams stop fighting against human nature and start working with it.

What Makes My Approach Different?

Most corporate training tells you what to do. I help you understand why you haven’t been able to do it yet.

I combine nervous system regulation, systemic awareness, and practical leadership strategies to create real, sustainable changes in workplace culture. I don’t offer generic workplace wellness tips—I give leaders the tools to build environments where people can thrive without pushing themselves to exhaustion.

This isn’t about pushing harder, thinking more positively, or powering through. It’s about understanding how stress, behavior, and workplace culture are connected—and then making small, strategic shifts that change everything.

Who I Work With

I work with organizations, leaders, and teams who are tired of surface-level solutions and ready to build workplaces that actually support high performance.

  • HR & Leadership Teams who need practical strategies for reducing burnout and increasing engagement.
  • Corporate Leaders & Executives who want to develop high-impact, resilient leadership skills.
  • Event Organizers & Business Conferences looking for engaging, research-backed keynotes that challenge outdated ideas about workplace success.

Let’s Make Work Work Again

Understanding the problem is the first step—but taking action is what creates real change.

If your organization is ready to rethink stress, resilience, and leadership in a way that actually works, let’s talk.

Why Organizations Trust My Approach

Bachelor of Nursing (BN) & Advanced Critical Care Nursing Certification

I don’t just understand stress—I’ve seen what happens when it reaches life-or-death levels. My background in ICU nursing gave me a deep, science-backed understanding of human physiology, stress responses, and high-pressure decision-making. That same expertise now helps leaders and teams navigate workplace challenges without tipping into burnout.

Patient Safety Educator/Trainer

In critical care, systems failures have serious consequences. As an educator, I trained teams to manage high-stakes environments efficiently, break down complex challenges into clear solutions, and create repeatable systems for success—all of which directly apply to leadership and workplace culture.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) & Organisational Behaviour Study

Leadership isn’t just about decision-making—it’s about how people think, react, and engage with challenges. My expertise in CBT, stress psychology, and workplace behavior allows me to help organizations shift from reactive crisis management to proactive leadership.

500hr YTT, Somatic Therapy Certification, and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)

Sustainable leadership requires emotional regulation, cognitive flexibility, and self-awareness. My certifications in MBSR and somatic regulation help executives and teams build practical tools to manage stress, avoid reactionary decision-making, and stay strategic under pressure.
